Lead Projects to Success

The Project Management certificate can be earned as part of the Business Administration: Administrative Management associate's degree program. Develop your skills in driving successful project outcomes with real-world strategies and competencies you'll gain as part of the certificate program. 

You'll learn tools that make projects a breeze; how to use Agile Project Management; and effective supervising skills.

The certificate consists of 15 program hours over one year (two semesters) to give you a strong background in project management and provides the education requirements needed to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification exams.

  • MGT-130 - Principles of Supervision (3)

Second Semester

  • MGT-124 - Project Management Tools (3)
  • MGT-155 - Integrated Project Management* (3)
  • MGT-161 - Agile Project Management with Scrum (3) OR
  • BUS-280 - Fundamentals of Lean Process Improvement (3)

9 Credit Hours
